Karen brings over 20years of clinical experience into the adult family home operations,in relation to resident care and regulatory compliance. Her leadership ensures that the AFH meets the Washington State standards for safety, quality, and professionalism.
Karen believes that every resident deserves dignity, compassion, and personalized attention. Her approach centers on creating a warm, home‑like environment where residents feel valued and supported in every aspect of their daily lives.
